Corporate Assurance Manager

Qualification :
1.    Max age : 35 years old.
2.    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant academic backgrounds (GPA min 3.00/4.00).
3.    Minimum 5 years of experiences in related industries as external/internal auditor (preferably in Mining Company).
4.    Has certification of Tax Brevet, CPA/CIA would be a plus.
5.    Excellent English both written and oral.
6.    Strong analytical and detail-oriented.
7.    Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Review mechanism, Control Mappings.
8.    Placement at Jakarta (Head Office).

Major Tasks and Responsibilities :
1.    Ensure the Company's direction is in line with goal determined by shareholders by making sure majority shareholders are fully informed.
2.    Ensure the Company's operation is in line with pre determined SOP and industry's best practice.
3.    Assist management on strategic project monitoring and other tasks assigned by top management.
4.    Address issues and support other department, i.e legal, marketing, logistic, and finance; responsibilities including reviewing and monitoring Company's performance (weekly and monthly performance update, project proposal, agreement to enter by MME).
5.    Executing occupational safety and health obligations within the Company's premises.
